Return & Refund

At Aria Allure, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund under the terms below.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 45 days of the delivery date.
Requests submitted after 45 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligible Return Conditions

Returned items must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • In original condition

  • With all tags, labels, and packaging intact

  • Free of stains, odors, or damage caused by the customer

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Underwear, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to misuse, washing, or improper care


4. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact us at info@ariaallure.com to request a return authorization.

  2. We will provide access to our return portal or issue a prepaid return label.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label.

  4. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed.

Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.


5. Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge any restocking fees.


6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
If the replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us.
Once the order has shipped, it must follow the return process.


8. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 15 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
