5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

  • Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take 5–7 business days.

  • Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipment, depending on location and courier. Tracking numbers are emailed upon shipment.
